Because resale of a customised product is not a possibility, we regret that we cannot refund the deposit for the pet memorial, however, our products are guaranteed and we will be happy to replace any damaged or faulty goods that we deem to be our responsibility
We will try and have the memorial ready as soon as is possible, however, to avoid disappointment, please allow a sixty-day waiting period for the product.
